Once you have access to the platform, ShuttleLounge will get back to you with test login credentials.

We ask only information that is relevant for helping to match player queries with experts that pick them up. Please see our privacy statement.
Its Simple
  • Login to ShuttleLounge as an Expert ( using the credentials shared with you)
  • All the player queries show up on the main screen below as Requests:

    • STEP 1: Check the Requests in the Request screen, start submitting review or (optionally) “Queue” it to “Todo” screen

    • STEP 2: Provide the Response and Click Submit moving the Request to “Done”. Continue discussion with player in the “Done” screen

    • STEP 3: Analytics can be viewed by the Expert
